Some children say it is dull at school. I think they say so when they are little tired at the end of the school year.
I am always happy to have summer holidays. I enjoy them. But one month passes and I begin to miss my school, my classmates and my teachers.
Holidays are great fun, but it’s also interesting for me to study. My favourite subjects are History, English and Mathematics.
Our history teacher often takes us on excursions to different places in Moscow. Moreover, we’ve already visited some cities and towns of our country.
We’ve been to Suzdal, Yaroslavl, St.Petersburg. We’ve learned a lot of interesting things about these places.
I’ve learned a lot at my English lessons. Now I can speak about my family, my holidays, about English and American writers and about the books they have written, about the weather and the nature, about my friends and our friendship and many other things. Sometimes we play language games at the English lessons. It’s great! I like it very much.
Some of my classmates didn’t like mathematics, but this year we have a new teacher in mathematics. She has made this subject interesting for us and we have understood that mathematics is helpful in many subjects.
But school doesn’t mean only classes. Here we learn to understand what is right and what is wrong, what is good, what is bad. At school we learn to make friends and to be good friends.
